Client Success Manager (CSM), Global Client Success

Lotame is a top player in the Data Management Platform (DMP) market with a background steeped in data collection, targeting, and advertising related technologies, and we are building on that legacy by continuing to extend our products in new and exciting ways.   We’re hiring Client Success Managers for our Global Client Success team to work in our New York, NY office.  The position will be responsible for all aspects of managing a book of business of Lotame Clients: ensuring client adoption, engagement, usage and growth.

Responsibilities
•    Create and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of a client’s organization.
•    Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals. 
•    Maintain active dialogue with clients through weekly meetings.
•    Analyze and address inbound client requests to ensure client satisfaction, client engagement and product usage. 
•    Communicate client feedback and product requests to internal teams.
•    Partner with Sales team to achieve targeted renewal and upsell rates.
•    Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver results and execute business initiatives.


Requirements
•    Bachelor degree required.
•    3+ years of client-facing experience.
•    2 or more years in ad operations or a SaaS based business.
•    Experience delivering and optimizing online advertising campaigns across Demand-Side Platforms preferred, with a premium placed on familiarity with Lotame platform
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
•    Strong interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
•    Effective decision-making/problem-solving skills.
•    Strong knowledge of ad technology, online advertising and the digital space in general.

About Lotame’s Global Client Success Team
Lotame’s Global Client Success Team is responsible for providing ongoing support and services for our 150+ Clients world-wide.  The Client Success Team is comprised of the following four groups, who support Clients, once the Sales team hands over the Client at Contract-close:
•    Platform Services & Education: responsible for supporting Standard Client Accounts and Implementations, responding to Service Cases, maintaining the MyLotame Community and developing Educational Materials for the Client base.
•    Client Success Management: responsible for general account management, identifying upsell opportunities and securing contract renewals.
•    Technical Account Management: responsible for Implementing new Clients and providing technical support throughout the Client’s contract terms
•    Strategic Client Engagement: responsible for ensuring that Clients are set up for success with a proper Data Strategy and internal team to support successful DMP adoption and growth.
