Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions, The Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for managing the full life cycle of strategic partnerships and integrations. Working with various business teams and customers, the candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic partners, creating win/win business relationships, managing integrations and supporting ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding of the advertising and ad tech ecosystem, deep technical understanding of the ecosystem and intricacies of integrations, exceptional relationship management, persuasion, and leadership skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage existing partnerships and integrations to establish success criteria and ensure ongoing health of each relationship

Identify new strategic partnerships to support corporate vision, customer needs and market evolution, in support of Lotame strategic objectives

Manage integrations with partners by working closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams

Work closely with business teams and partners to educate Lotame sales and client success teams as to how each partnership works

Manage relationships with strategic partners to ensure existing integrations are working smoothly and proper communication channels are in place for escalation and issue management

Create a formal Lotame partnership health program, including establishing operational best practices

Act as the primary point of contact for all ecosystem partnerships and integrations, triaging internal and external requests based on strategic value

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in Advertising and Ad Tech with 3 years of experience managing partnerships and integrations

Combination of business development and account management experience highly preferred

In-depth knowledge and / or experience working with DSPs, Exchanges, Data Management Platforms, Audience Targeting in Digital Advertising space is a plus

In depth and up to date knowledge of the digital advertising eco-system, key stakeholders and monetization metrics

Must be able to identify key market trends and major players in the ecosystem, identify strategic partnerships, pitch these integrations to senior management and convince them of the value of such initiatives with clear metrics

Ability to develop good relationships and work with external and internal stakeholders

Excellent relationship management and persuasion skills

Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

Driven by building and managing businesses.  P&L management experience a plus

Motivated by a position requiring creativity and vision, comfortable with ambiguity and quickly changing priorities
